| How Do I Log-In? | |
|
- Currently, only customers who have either registered a purchased product(s) with us, recently purchased Rescom product(s), or are Authorized Rescom Dealers, will be given access to our Online Service Website. - If you are a new or existing customer, and did not receive a membership confirmation email from us, please call: 1-800-665-2740, or use the "Contact Us" link in the top menu. |

| What If I have Forgotten My Password? | |
If you have forgotten your
password, click on the "Have It sent To You" link to the left
of the log-in fields.
- Enter your email address into the field. (be sure to use the email address originally registered with us) - Click the "Lookup" button. - Your password will arrive shortly via email . Your username is always your email address. Write your password down, or change it to something you will easily remember. See Section 3 for help on changing your password. |

| Can I Change My Password? | |
|
Yes, you may change your
password at any time after your first registered log-in.
- To change your password: Go to the "Maintain Account" link on your main Menu. - Once you are on the Maintain Account screen, simply scroll down to the password change entry fields, and enter your desired password. You will be required to enter the password twice for verification. - Click on "Change Password" then click the Update button. Your password has been changed, and your account updated. |

| How Do I Update My Information? | |
To update your address, phone
number, etc:
- Log-in to your account, via the main Log-In link. - Next, go to the "Maintain Account" link. - Change your information as desired, and click "Update" - Your account information is now updated, and you may either log out, or return to the main Services menu. |

| How Do Create and Send Quotes Online. | |
Generating
a Quote:
- Once you have entered the customer's information, including their email address, into your customer data base, click on the "Generate Quote" link on the main menu screen. You will be take to the Quote Generator page. - Next, you must assign a quote number (use whatever numbering system you have established). If you fail to enter a quote number, an error will occur once you submit the information. - Select the items you wish to quote on. You may enter your own pricing if you wish, or you may use the default MSL pricing. - Once you have selected the items, click submit at the bottom of the page. - Review the quote. Please note: The quote preview will show 3 pricing levels, one is the MSL pricing, the next is your cost which reflects your Dealer discount, and the last is the customer's final price. Once you send the quote, the customer will ONLY receive the final price, via email. - You may choose to send the quote, edit the quote, or delete the quote. If you choose none of these options, the quote will still automatically be saved, and marked as "Pending". You can access it again by clicking on "View Quotes" link on the main menu, and then clicking on the quote number. |

| How Do I Download Files? | |
As a registered Rescom Customer
or Authorized Dealer, you will be able to download propriatary files not
available to the general site user. These files include Manuals,
Specifications, Special Promotions, Brochures, and Pricelists*,
etc.
- To download a file: Log-In to your account, and click on "Download Files" on the main menu. - Choose the file you wish to download, and click on it's link. - The file will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, and can then be saved to your computer, or printed. |

| How Do I Setup a New Customer in the Database? | |
As an authorized Rescom Dealer,
you have the ability to build your own Customer database online.
- To add new customers: Click on the "Maintain Users" link on the menu page. - Click on the "New" link at the top of the user list. - Add the customer's information. (the customer must have a valid email address, in order to be added) - If you want to assign the customer a password so they may access the Online Customer Service site, check the "send email" box. - Click the "Update" button. The customer's information has been added, and if you chose to grant them site access, they have been sent an email containing their username (email address) and temporary password. |

Note: If the customer has been assigned to you through an online quote request, their information will already exist in your User List. To review that information, simply click on "Maintain Users" and click on the customer name. You may update, or delete, the user at any time. |

| How Do I Register a Recently Purchased Product? | |
To register
a recently purchased product:
- Log-In to your user account. - Go to: "Register Product" - Fill in all manadatory fields in the online form. - Click the "Submit" button. - You will receive an email confirming the registration of your product. - Please take the time to fill in our Customer Feedback form as well. |

| How Do I Delete My Customer Account? | |
To delete
your Customer Account, contact: support@rescom.ca.
- Include "account deletion request" in the subject line, and include your full name, or company name, in the body of the email. |
